I was reading the book of Matthew and thinking on how Jesus was betrayed. Not by strangers but by one in his own circle of "trustworthy" disciples. It makes me think that trouble does not come from far away most of the time it starts right in the inner circle. Namely those around you those you see everyday. I am learning that the devil will use anybody friends, spouses, people on our job. I have been struggling with my job for a while now had it not been for Jesus by my side I am most certain they would have fired me along time ago. My spirit tells me to leave it in my fathers hand all of my issues. Continue to make my needs known through prayer. How can you break the spirit? by using those close to us by making things as uncomfortable as they can be so that we can lose faith. Little does Satan and his workers know that Gods people are never in a comfort zone in this world. Gods people must have enmity with the world to be of God but don't listen to me read your bible. I feel like I have a thorn in both sides but when God is for you who can dare be against you. I am anointed and blessed and I will live each day accordingly. I have learned to let God fight for me. Put on the armor of God. I have learned to fight the spirit with the spirit. Putting my request to God by prayer. I pray and secret so that God can show his majesty and power outwardly in the open. God is a amazing. God who will never forsake or leave us even when it feels like he has. Even through my trials I will serve the lord.
