Romans 5:1-5 Therefore, since we have been justified through faith, we have peace with God through our LORD Jesus Christ, through whom we have gained access by faith into this grace in which we now stand. And we rejoice in the hope of the glory of God. Not only so, but we also rejoice in our sufferings, because we know that suffering produces perseverance; perseverance, character; and character, hope. And hope does not disappoint us, because God has poured out his love into our hearts by the Holy Spirit, whom he has given us.

I was reading "Our Daily bread" and this scripture struck me in regards to these key words Faith, Sufferings, and perseverance, Character, and Hope. I can say that faith is what we need to please God. Nothings more, nothing less, the bible states that it is impossible to please him with out it. There is nothing that you can do or say that will gain you access into the kingdom. It does not matter what it looks like or how hard the trial, there is nothing impossible for our God. What you may feel is impossible God is saying “Is that all you have my child". I must admit when you are going through it feels as if your an ant in a world full of giants. But the bible relates that all you have to have is faith the size of a mustard seed. Faith, in the lord Jesus Christ who died for the sins of many. Sufferings, because as a child of God not only do you suffer for righteousness sake but you also experience suffering for those who are closest to you. Perseverance, to be able to bear difficulties without complaints. This shapes our character in regards to accepting what comes our way and bearing witness that God will come through.

Good or Bad. If we can praise him our happy moments we should be able to praise him in tough times. In addition, we hope that when all is said and done our savior will return and gather his elect. That we will wear a golden crown, the belief that in my father’s house are many mansions filled with his Glory. I am praising him in advance that although I may stumble my God will catch me. There is no place I can fall that he will not be able to reach. Amen
